Thanks for so much information. I have been sitting here writing down ages and searching familysearch and ancestry and found:

James 1717 m Margaret Killop 1721 Lonan 1742.
they had Margaret 1742, William 1744 (which goes with the first William who died 1818 (74yrs). Daniel 1746 and John 1747.

William 1744 who married Ann Kneal alias Killip could this have been the parents of William Kneal who married Ann Faragher?
