I managed to finish upto 1793 (no more research for a couple of weeks) - some 222 in total - will be online from early tomorrow morning Manx time.

On previously checking the IGI I could find about 8 - three of these claimed Marown but were actually Braddan (could be found in Braddan BT); one had the wrong day (minor transcription error);there is one more that claims 1779 (not in BT) but could possibly be 1797 as family starts 1799. The moral - use patron submitted entries at your own risk as the error rate appears be very high.

I also found 2 more in Lonan that were in the BT for 1755 but did not appear to be in the official transcript - I hope to double check these entries (+ others) against the actual PR in early December
