there is a gap of around 150 years between erection of any headstone and the reading of any extant inscription by the IoMFHSoc volunteers - if you get chance to visit Patrick yard then assuming you don't break your ankle on the potholes + brambles in part of the old yard then you will find that many stones only have the top third visible - it may well be that the stone has worn badly, assuming there was one.
