Hi, my grandfather mentioned a few times that his father (Stanley Edwards) once owned a hotel on the Isle of Man, it would have been somewhere between 1910-1930. Unfortunately my grandfather is no longer alive so I don't know any more details other than that. If anyone could point me to a website or to a records office where I may be able to find the hotel I would be grateful. Stanley's wifes name was Maud Moore, but I don't think she lived in the hotel much, she lived in Derbyshire.
Is there anywhere I could visit on the Isle of Man that might hold records of this sort of thing?
