My data shows only three Margaret Jane Kneen's one born 1869 , next 1870 and yours christened 5 January 1840 @ Kirk Maughold film # C038171 could be worth checking again.

But no Manx marriages Mararet Jane Kneen around 1860's.

What Bruce has quoted could be ok ,but check the parish register she could be named Margaret Jane Kneen.
