We have been researching our Kewish/Quayle families from the IOM to Dunedin, NZ. Our Quayles originated in Kirk Michael, with Elizabeth Quayle b Jan 1841. She married William Kewish and emigrated to Dunedin in 1867. Interestingly 2 of her uncles also came to Dunedin, Thomas and John. If there may be a link, please let me know if I can help.
