the 1881 census shows a large Coffee family head Wm + Eliz Bridson already in Ramsey - Wm is probably s/o Hugh (born in Ireland) + Ann Quayle - another Samuel Coffee married a Cath Quayle about the same time (I suspect but not sure that he too was Irish born)
