I think it is William Walter Halsall, son of Walter Halsall and Elizabeth Quirk.
Walter Halsall born abt 1838 Andreas was the son of Robert Halsall (abt 1811 Jurby) and Christian Quarry (abt 1814 Scotland).
Walter married Elizabeth Quirk 23 Dec 1860. She was the daughter of Charles and Margaret Quirk, born abt 1839 Bride.
