there was the Bishop's desmene around Bishopscourt (basically the farms whose land rents were paid to Bishop) - these I think possibly used the Chapel, one end of which was officially in Michael and the other in Ballaugh as the original chapel had been built over the dividing stream - look in either of these parishes (usually Michael I think) for records
