The only record will be in the Braddan Church register - civil registration of marriages didn't start in the IOM until 1884.
Few details were given in the register before about 1849. If she was a widow this was usually recorded, sometimes with her two previous surnames, and also from which parish if it wasn't the one where the marriage took place. Witnesses to the marriage are sometimes friends or relations. But it is rare to see other details, and I've never seen children recorded. Children from a previous marriage will sometimes show up on censuses, or their children as grandchildren in the household, but the best source is a will or decree for a parent, grandparent, or unmarried aunt or uncle, etc.
