I recently sent off for a birth Certificate for James Quayle B 12 Jan 1840 Maughold Isle of Man.
Quoting Yr 1840 District Isle of Man, Vol 10b P399 which I thought was correct
I have now been informed by Email no trace of the above mentioned at ref quoted.
Can someone please tell me where I went wrong and if possible the correct one.
