William Kelly/Jane Creer or Daniel Kelly/Margaret Callister

Can anyone give me any information about either of these two sets of potential parents. Both had two daughters named Margaret and Isabel. Anything towards helping me to validate or eliminate one set.

Isabella died in 1843, just two weeks after her son Benjamin’s birth. Her son was brought up by her sister Margaret who married John Quine the tailor
