my late dad is george cain born in dec 1921 to a catherine cain a servant age 22 yrs old in the poor house douglas we dont know what happend to her after that as dad was living with a mungie crennell in fredrick st as far as we know she was cain single and her parants were john thomas cain and julia jane cain (nee comish ) but we could be wrong my dad always said he was born in australia and left here but when he died his birth cert said poor house douglas to catherine cain age 22 servant , may be somewhere we may be related its hard to say do you have manx connections if you want you can email me on thump_n_go@yahoo.co.uk
