Thanks Bruce. I did use Brian's site last week and ordered the will for Catherine Quayle 1914. The 1915 one arrived too as they are both to do with the same Catherine. At first it looked like she had been deserted by John but the petitioner found out that John and Catherine had had some contact over the years and that John was still very much alive in NZ. The papers included a letter each from John and Catherine and gave me valuable info. It just goes to show how useful getting hold of wills can be. Regards, Catherine.
