I have been unable to find John Cavendish, possibly Corjeage, in the 1841, 1851 or 1861 IOM Census. He was baptised in Jurby, 23rd May 1813 son of Thos. Cavendish and Margt Killey, and is mentioned, not very lucratively, in his father's will written in 1862. It has been suggested that he might be the 'legendary' John who went to America. Is anyone with access able to spot him in the US Census?
