Many thanks too, Richard, for your information. This is in fact just what I need, as 'Rensell' is the address given for the John Killey I have in the 1881 census, not too long before he died. This is the proof I needed that I have the right person, so thanks again.

Can anyone advise - if I were to get a death certificate for him, would this provide more information? What would an 1882 death certificate typically show, might it give the father's name?
