I would like to make contact with any descendents or others who may know something of Andrew and Jane LYNCHE Y, both born in Ireland C 1820 and married at Ballaugh on the Isle of Man in 1841. Andrew married with the permission of his guardian William Quayle who may have been the William Quayle married to Rebecca Quayle and living at Cronk Ould, Ballaugh listed in the 1841 census.

Andrew was a Marine Store Dealer in Hanover St. Douglas, he and his family lived at 2 Drinkwater St

Andrew died in 1879 and his wife Jane in 1883.

According to Andrew’s will they had 8 living children:

Mary (married to James TOOHILL of Liverpool)

Andrew

Charles

Robert

Thomas

Jane

Agnes

And also a granddaughter Margaret FISHER.
