I have an Edward Kelly (a common name I know) born in the IOM in 1813. On his marriage certificate in Liverpool he gave his father as James. The IGO has only one EDWARD born in 1813 (in MArown) but lists his parents as JOHN KELLY and JANE CRAINE. However the IGI has other KELLY's born in MArown - a search for 10 years eiother side of 1813 produces a number of hits but parents are JAMES KELLY and JANE CRAINE. Can anybody look up the actual register for 1813 for me and see if the parents of EDWARD have been mis transcribed
