Thankyou to Greg, Frances and Donna for your prompt reply to my posting. You have filled in a few blanks in the family history. Iam hoping to return to IOM within the next 2 years to continue my research. When I was there in 2004 it was a flying visit for 3 days, and only with the help of Doreen Quayle(Peel) that I managed to find the information on the family. Western Australia is soooo far away.
