i do not know where you are but when i joined and got my magazine it had papers in with it that gave me all the info and even then i did placa a call to a rep and he explained it very nicely i do not think an answer will come on the website but on the magazine or paper it should also tell you who your rep is to call i am very happy with this site and have had a lot of sucess here good luck
