I have tried to find my ggg grand fathers name and have hit a wall. The problem is there were two Daniel Bagleys born in the same place (Beaconsfield) the same year(1823) . There fathers names were both William. One of the Daniels died in 1823 it mentions the fathers name but that does not help. I have the marriage certificate but the first name is now William instead of Daniel. There were no Williams born in 1823 in Beaconsfield. The names and dates match otherwise, William being the father etc. It was witnessed by an Elizabeth which could be Daniels mother or the other Daniels sister. Could anyone please give me an idea of where to go from here? I could not find a UK site to post this message and have been using this message board because my mothers side is Manx...
