I know Manx Lawsons site doesn't have Peel as yet, but I thought the government would have records.
We are presuming it was Peel he was born, as the address was 7 Orry lane, Peel on the 1881. I've checked a website to see if he could've been born at sea, but nothing came from that either.
I'm just thinking now that they just may not have registered the birth, as we couldn't find an entry for Clara c1875, yet there was one for Charlotte born 1878.
