Gellings in a cottage at the Nunnery?

I've been researching the Nunnery Estate inhabitants for the 19th and 20th centuries
and have searched my records and failed to find any Gellings.

I've only got details of the 1851 and 1891 censuses though, so if they were live-in staff living in the mansion house I could miss them between the above two dates, or later.

I have also looked through the various Estate Ledgers and so on at the Manx Museum, which show who the tenants of the various lodges and cottages on the Estate over a period from the 1859 to 1945. And again no sign of Gellings
