I am trying to trace William Cowall who married Isabella Milligan Lindsay in Kirkmabreck, Kirkudbrightshire in Scotland. I believe he moved to Scotland from the Isle of Man in the late 1860s/early 1870s and that he was born in the Isle of Man - possibly in Ramsey - in the 1860s. His parents were William Cowall (possibly Cowle?) and Janet Johnstone.
