the only Eliza/Elizabeth of the right age in Ramsey in 1851 was the dau of Ann Corlet and George Kneale (m Maughold 21 JAN 1832) - they are in the 1841 census in Ramsey, in 1851 she is a widow in Parliament street - he would appear to be the George Kneale bur Andreas 27 Nov 1849 age 47
