I aksed for children's names as when there are several possibilites it is often easier to work backwards.

The family seems to appear in the 1851-71 censuses.
Robert's age is given as 40, 42, and 54
Catherine's 32, 40, 50

Robert's age in 1851 would appear to be wrong, though the census return is clear.

Robert Callen, 60, agricultural labourer,
Eleanor, 50
Robert, 25, mine labourer

This would agree with the later censuses.

Richard was bp Daniel Richard and appears as Daniel in the censuses
