Bruce: Sedar's parents were John BELL and Sarah Maria KELLY. Sarah or Selina could well be names to look at, however, none yet discovered that correlate with dates of birth/marriage and/or parents' names, according to particulars I already have. No, she is not on the 1901 census (at least under the name of Sedar May Bell).
