for some he gives a crew list, for some a list of dead - he seldom gives a reference as to where the info came from (I assume contemporary newspapers and register of ships for the details which improve from mid 19th C)- I have had it in mind to extract the dead from the accounts and put up a list on my website but there are some 1200 entries so may take a few days
