I have a letter from my Great Grandfather Robert Green of Marbury in Cheshire. In this his is speaking to his daughter of an "Aunt Hannah". She is in an asylum on the Isle of Man in 1893. He stayed at Union Mills when he went to visit. She is likely to be a Hannah Green, Pritchard or Vickers or Thomasson.
Does anybody know anything about an asylum on island and if there would be lists of inmates availble anywhere?
