Yes, the Isabella Gilmour aged 88 with her daughter Anne in the 1881 census is my ancestor but the question whether she is the daughter of John Shimmin and Anne Quirk is my quest. I have found the Elizabeth born to John Shimmin and Mary Kelly in the IGI but it appears under Kirk Rushen and not German?
We have a copy of my Isabella/Elizabeth's d/c and she died 9th April 1888 in Castleward, Braddon, aged 95, widow of Daniel Gilmour (ages have tended to vary from time to time).
