I think the original post was probably correct. I checked this and confirmed that the parents of Isabel Creetch who married John Quine on 27 Oct 1741 Onchan, are actually named as father Simon and mother as Mary Cannel.

It seems too much of a coincidence not to be this family, based on the mother also being named.

The Isabel Creetch you mentioned did marry William Killip in 1756 but her parents are not shown and her birth is recorded as around 1737 in Lonan
