No hard and fast rule. It depends a little on the date and the type of record.

Pre 1700 it was usual to show the maiden name, possibly with the maried name as an alias.

Between 1700 and 1800 most records show married name alias maiden.

Post 1800 most show only the married name.

As usual, there are many exceptions.
