thanks for that i thought i was going a little mad with the info , i dont think its going to be him afterall like you say ,i found a death 1906 for a john cain esplanade born 1834 marride england 1859 died nov 1908 so maybe this was the guy with the mine - so its back to searching for me i done the lds one went from 1902 to 1925 only found one other john thomas cain born patrick like my john but 1829 died salt lake city sept 20th 1911 wife elinor cubbon
