many thanks for your trouble Brian there is a 6 year difference in catherines age i have got her christened 3 oct 1782 making her 69 in 1851 unfortunately do not have her husband johns date of birth the son jon i have christened 23 10 1822 given the discrepencies is it possible it is the same Gellings every other one seems to be called john many thanks once again Mark
