I need some help please.

My information has Mathias Cain chr 3/15/1813 as the child of James Caine chr 2/19/1786 and Jane Lewin.

There is another posting that has a different Mathias Cain chr 3/14/1830 as the child of the above listed James Cain chr 2/19/1786 and Eleanor CLUCAS.

Can someone help me determine how I can definitively find out which Mathias Cain that James Cain chr 2/19/1786 fathered?

I don't believe that James was married twice as Jane Lewin Cain died in 1821 which is after the same James supposedly married Eleanor in 1815.
