I am trying to find out who the parents were of a Jane Creegen or Cregine that married a Philip Watt on 01 Feb 1881

Marriage and date was listed on LDS Records

Was looking at IOM 1891 census Rushen District 3 Schedule 108 Page 15

They had these children:
Isabella 1874 (not sure if Jane is mother)
Catharine Ann 19 Apr 1882
Elizabeth Jane 04 Jul 1884
William Edward 13 Jul 1886
Mary 26 Apr 1888
Ellie 19 Aug 1890
