Please can anyone help ?
I have the following- Edward Skillicorn b.1771 who married Ester Corkhill in 1795. Their son John ( b. 1796 )married Isabella Cowley.
My problem is ,who is Edward's mother?

John Skillicorn ( 1725 )married Jane Kewley in 1743 then married Bessie Fargher in 1750.
As far as I can find ,Bessie had 2 children-John b.1752 and Philip b. 1757, but in some places she is down as the mother of Edward..I think Jane Kewley and John must have had a son as I have found a John Skillicorn b. !744 to Jane. This John married Ann Fargher and had 8 children one of which was the Edward Skillicorn (b.1771 ) above. Any info on the Skillicorns and related families much appreciated. Thank you.
