The IGI gives four christenings for John Clarke Wade. Only one - the one which is capitalized - is a transcription from the parish records, and it gives the mother's name as Jane Ann Clarke. The other three are submissions by members of the LDS church.
The same is true of the marriage.
Beware of LDS submissions - many are wrong or poorly transcribed.
