Dear Paul,

John and Elizabeth Topps appear on the 1841 census for Nottingham and are shown as being aged 75 and living in the Nottingham Union Workhouse. Their daughter Sarah married a John Cockayne in 1816, but died in 1833 during childbirth. John and Sarah's daughter Rosetta Cockayne lived with her maternal Grandparents in the workhouse, then aged 14 in 1841 and also her grandfather William Cockayne. I will check my 1841 C.D. ROM and let you know their birthplace.
