My great great grandfather William Nugent was born in Douglas IOM in 1839. His parents were Robert Nugent (1801) and Rebecca (Quin 1798) both born in Ireland. I have been unable to trace any information on them through Irish records and wondered if there actual place of birth could possibly be recorde on any official Manx records. I am not sure if they were married in Ireland or IOM. I would appreciate any help to trace them. Thanks Kathy Woods
