I understand your concerns and I grappled in my mind with how to present this so it wouldn't appear to be a scam. Your suggestion to contact Manx radio is a good one, but I'm left with the same dilemma; how do I prove that what I'm saying is legitimate? In a previous post, I offered my phone number and that of Moyra's nephew Rodney to anyone wishing to validate any of this. No one has called. To date Moyra has received only one donation as a result of my post to this board. While this is a disappointing result, I can fully understand the response (or lack thereof) and can't say that it was unexpected. Being as skeptical as I am about such things, I would probably not respond to such a post either.

So for anyone who is still unsure of my intentions, I welcome you to validate this yourself. Her address prior to Katrina was 4711 Arthur Dr. New Orleans, LA. This is located in the East Gentilly neighborhood northeast of downtown. You can search any people finder website like www.whowhere.com or www.people.yahoo.com. I don't have her permission to post her direct phone number where she is staying right now, but you may call Rodney at (US) 832-651-5001 and he can arrange for you to speak to Moyra directly.
