try Manx Museum (enquiries@mnh.gov.im) is the obvious place as they have many photos of Douglas - photos of many establishments were carried in the various accomodation guides, I have a representative sample from 1898 through to 1960 but couldn't find it in any but a more thorough search through the comprehensive set in the Manx Museum may yield success.
