Per the IGI there were five Margaret Cannells christened on the IOM between 1822 and 1826.
I do not know if the following family is what you are looking for, but there is a Jane and a Thomas:
Charles Cannell and Jane Kneale had five children christened in Kirk Michael:
Eliza, christened December 19, 1824
Margaret, christened December 22,1822
Thomas, christened November 13, 1831
Charles, christened March 1, 1829
Jane, christened December 24, 1826

I do not have access to the 1841 & 1851 census at present so I do not know if the family stayed on the IOM.

The IGI has 17 Margaret Cannell marriages on the IOM between 1842 and 1862. Unless you have a married name,you can take your pick.
