The marriage was in Rochdale England. There was also another marriage in Rochdale in 1856 between a James Rothwell and Elizabeth Bell.

The 1881 census has James and Elizabeth Rothwell with their family in Leeds Yorkshire England. She is shown as from Rushen Isle of Man.

There was an Elizabeth Bell in the Island, in Rushen, about the right time but I can't find an Elizabeth Pickup.
