A friend who browses a British store on e-bay found me an unusual door knocker. It appears to be made of brass or brass coating on some other metal. The striker part is about 5-6" long. The knocker part has a tailess cat with back up perched atop a circle containing the IOM 3 legs. Around the edge of the circle it says: STARIT OMOOMNONE JECEOIS
(I think, bit hard to read)
Does anyone have any ideas about this?
Is it from IOM?
Any info would be appreciated.
It is a neat looking thing.
I'm going to put it on the door of my home office.
