My gt. grandmother, Isabella Cowin ( b. 1852 IOM )was married to John Henry Smith in Australia. I have her parents as John Cowin ( 1815 ) and Margaret Skillicorn ( 1821 ) John Cowin's parents were Thomas Cowin ( 1782 ) and Margaret Karran ( c. 1782 ) I need info on parents of these two if anyone can fill in the gaps. I think Thomas Cowin's father may have been a Philip.
