The best place is the LDS, Mormons.
Registered births to 1900 are available on film - you get the full birth entry, exactly the same as a certificate.
Birth index to about 1960 available on film.

Registered marriages to 1911 are available on film. As for births you get the full certificate.
Marriage index to about 1960 also available, but I've been told it often includes only the groom's name and is not cross referenced.

Death indices are also available but I've not worked with these so can't say what you will get.
