Brian, this may not be any help at all but when I had a photograph I thought had Manx connections it was suggested that I send it to: Peter Kelly - the historian on the Manx Independent newspaper; he has a "nostalgia page". He very kindly printed it for me. I didn't get any feed back but anything is worth a try!
