Unfortunately, I have not had the opportunity to read any of Constance Radcliffe's books. My intention is to do so at the earliest. I also have Radcliffes in my tree, so should probably start stocking my library with her publications as well.
I would like to take this opportunity now to express my appreciation for all your dedication and efforts with regard to Manx History. A very large amount of my own personal Manx family history has been derived from your "Manx Notebook" online. Thank you Frances.
Getting back to Sarah Slaughter; it was just a shot in the dark, hoping she might have had a presence on the IOM, but it would appear much more research is necessary to establish this. I'm now leaning more towards a life for her in England somewhere.
