I'm interested in Charles Cain as well - my grandfather once told me he was related to Charles Cain the lifeboat cox. I can't find him anywhere in my direct Cain line but I wonder if he could have been a brother of my great-great grandfather, James Radcliffe Cain. Do you have anything on this?
